Cape was the gentlest and kindest of dragons. That was years ago.

Now she isnt anything except in constant pain, unable to speak or move properly.. this terrible disease has taken the vibrant, lovely dragon and turned her into a shell of her former self. Her skin is so thin that her bones and meat shines through... every movement is agony. She seems to have lost all rational thought, lashing out in constant rage as much as her broken body allows.

No one knows the origin of the disease, or how to cure or even manage it. Glossy has never seen anything like it, hasn't found any research about such a terrible condition. The only thing he has figured out so far, is that isn't contagious, and it might not necessarily be fatal.. just extremely, terribly painful.

It almost seems like a curse more than a disease..

But that can't be right.
