Platalea is a young practitioner of arcane magic despite being born in the shadow clan and going to a town in the water clan. They're a bookworm and seem to devour books on magic and witchcraft. So far she has managed to bind a spirit to a parasol, and this spirit is apparently named Fran. She likes to complain.
