PERSONALITY: Warm, patient, motherly. Is not afraid to be firm or even vicious if the situation calls for it. She will do anything in order to keep her patch of neutral ground safe. Holds little to no guilt over some of the things she has had to do to keep order in Blacklight.

Owner of Blacklight, a coven of dragons who live off of the consumption of a magic known as Blight, a substance that grows only in the places of thickest darkness in the Shadowbinder's forests. Their biolumascence marks them as members of blacklight.

She runs her establishment like a teahouse. Dragons afflicted with Blight come to her to buy and consume Blacklight in order to fuel their addiction and keep themselves grounded. She markets herself as a doctor of sorts; she is a refuge for the Blighted, and uses her influence over of the Blight substance only on the more dangerous of the Blighted. Blighted members include some of the most dangerous witches and crafters from all over Soreinth, most of which are delvers in the dark and forbidden for their own twisted ends. Sugar requires all malicious intent to be left at the door of her establishment. Blacklight is a home to everyone.

Blacklight is located on the back of Chariot, and is marked as a refuge under the protection of Akruht and her associates.

THE BLIGHTED
Dragons who have been imbued with the substance must keep consuming in order to remain 'visible'. If they do not keep eating blight, they will fade, and become amalgamated with the shadows of the Shadowbinder herself. They become nothing but flickers in the night.

Not all of the blighted became so by choice. Many creatures such as ghosts, spirits and ghouls must consume the materials that the Blacklight creates, or they will lose their connection to the world of the living.
