The public face of a grand organization called Spire Corporation (Spire Corp or SPICO for short) is a man known only as the "Administrator". Driven by an insatiable desire to expand and conquer, he has built up SPICO to become an unstoppable force that controls much of the Shifting Expanse. Though it specializes in energy production, Spire Corporation has divisions assigned to scientific research, education, manufacturing, and more. It is truly the greatest powerhouse of eastern Sornieth.

To SPICO's faithful indoctrinated employees, Administrator is an omnipresent and mysterious force. After he made a show of electrocuting the complaint box, all negative opinions of Administrator disappeared. In fact, according to a recent poll with only one option, he has a published 100% approval rate. He is respected and obeyed unconditionally, but thanks to detailed procedure and protocol, it's a rare moment when the Administrator himself has to give orders.

Administrator's personal life is rumored to exist, but without proof to back it up. In fact, even though he is occasionally seen with a cup of coffee, employees wonder if he even has to eat. His family background, his childhood, and his rise to corporate fame are all unknown. Getting a personal audience with him is difficult and has to be scheduled weeks in advance, and if you were to use the opportunity to try and ask him about his history, you would be committing the worst crime of all -- wasting company time.
