A friendly little reminder that you’re good enough.
You’re capable of an endless amount of things if you gather the courage to try.

Your own progress is the only thing that matters, every journey looks different. <3
So don’t worry too much and don’t give up, you’ll get it right eventually; and that’s all that matters.

Take deep breathes and remember all the reasons you love being here.
Remember all the times you got it right. All the times you succeeded. All the times it turned out you were more than good enough.
It’s ok. You’re alive and breathing, and you’re more than capable of turning things around. This isn’t and never will be the end of the road.
Be kind to yourself, you deserve it no matter what.

(for context I 1. have relatively low self esteem due to my ADD not having been diagnosed until recently-meaning I've failed more often that NT people without realizing it was due to a disability, & 2. I roughly once a year have pretty bad anxiety over death for anywhere from a week to a month- usually popping up around autumn/winter)

Cherish every moment spent with those you love. It's the single best thing you can do.
Show the people you love that you care and appreciate all they've done for you, and know that they all love and cherish you back.

Perfection does not exist. You don't need to be so hard on yourself. Your value is not dependent upon how far you get in life, what you do or don't achieve, nor is it dependent upon what others think of you.
Your value is intrinsic.
You are you, that's more than good enough.

Faltering is a natural part of life. It's ok to want to give up, it's ok to fear failure. As long as you pick yourself up again and remember that failure and fear is part of the process, you'll be ok.
Keep treading, falter & try again.
You'll get the hang of it eventually.
