You eagerly go deeper and deeper into the thicket, and it's not long before you realize just how far you've gone. You've already reached the shore of the Sea of a Thousand Scales, and the sun is starting to set. You quickly start running back the way you came.
Unfortunately, your speed blurs the rock you're about to trip on and fall. As you hit the ground with a thud, you realize that there is a monolith nearby. Curiously, you examine it. It seems that nature has already laid claim to it, being covered in vines and moss like cobwebs in an abandoned structure. There are strange, glowing carvings on it, ones you would recognize as Paloxa runes.
Of course, you quietly bring a finger to touch it. Even the wind seems to quiet down as you feel a figure's presence.
