a moment, and the thread of fate snaps into place; a beat, a pause, and cruelly does the clock tick on. it is with this space that the revenant wakes from her slumber, body once again whole and hale. her lips are dry and cracked under her helmet, the air within stagnant and cloying. it does not bother her. claws click against the ground as her limbs stretch and bear her weight, the robes she wears rustling in the silence. there is no rest for those yet to be avenged.
