Qiulong

High up in the heavens where gods and divine beasts reside for all eternity, an egg was created through the amalgamation of abandoned hopes and dreams of all living things. Safeguard within the celestial palace of the Martial God Heavenly Emperor, eight thousand years passed by until a fallen martial god abandoned his dream of protecting the common people after his fated person vanished. While the despair and hatred transformed him into a Ghost King, his forsaken dream was what finally hatched the dragon egg.

Hatched as an adult, the Martial God Heavenly Emperor bestows upon the dragon with the name Qiulong along with a single purpose in life - to forever traverse the three realms as the embodiment of hopes and dreams. No matter how the humans tear themselves apart over their destinies, no matter how far the gods had fallen and no matter how the undead hatefully rejects the Afterlife, Qiulong will unwaveringly offer every being across the lands and seas eternal hopes and dreams when they have none.

Kowtowing before the heavenly throne, Qiulong swore to the Heavenly Emperor and descend into the mortal world to begin her quest. As she flew down, the screeching wind carried the unspoken words of the Heavenly Emperor; in the softest and sorrowful voice, the god pleaded for Qiulong to save the fallen martial god that had lost his way. To bring him back home.

Qiulong's quest leads her to understand the creatures that she was tasked to save more than she ever thought possible. At times, she will absorb the dreams that have become too heavy to bear into her soul and in return, she offers a small star from her body as a token that will give the lost soul unwavering strength during their darkest times.

Though Qiulong is not just solemn and powerful. Through her journey, she discovered that she has a musical talent for the dizi and guqin; dragons from across the lands and seas would sometimes teach her music pieces and during a quiet night when the sky is heavy with stars, a wandering dragon could hear strings pluck gently into the night.

When it comes to food, Qiulong has a strange obsession with pizzas. More specifically, pineapple pizzas with anchovies.
