The Foxfire Trickster
From within the misty brush a voice floats over to any traveler braving the Grove.
"Have you come to play?"
Innocent words spoken in a hopeful tone invite unwary travelers to a chase among brambles and mushrooms, under the dim blueish glow of the Foxfire Grove. However, innocent does not necessarily mean harmless. Within the span of a few minutes, travelers who accepted the invitation for play may end up completely lost, lead astray from their original path.
The voice that originally called out to them is nowhere to be found. Its owner must have grown tired of the game.

A few hours, or days, or perhaps even moons after, once again travelers are called out with a promise of fun.
