History
In the age before the arrival of the Mother of Earth, the world was in chaos. Forces of Creation and Desctruction raged in the heavens, while forces of nature raged on the world below. The first two of these forces that was created were fire and water, so opposite, yet also so alike. As each goddess grew stronger in her abilities, so did the magnitude of her destruction. Tidal waves turned into tsunamis, and bonfires into explosions that rocked the world. From these two clashing forces came great clouds that covered the sky. The Lady of the Wind, agitated from these disturbances, created zephyrs that blew through these battles, pushing the clouds closer and closer until one day, the sky ripped open. A bolt of light streaked from the heavens, and a great noise like no other followed. It was as though the Creator and the Destroyer themselves were scolding them, but from the spot where the light had struck emerged a new form, one as dark as the storm from which it came with a single, bright streak of lightning. Thus, Haikili, the Lord of Storms, was born.
