xxxx Some speak of Light as lovely and warm, but the Fallen knew of it as blisteringly cruel and blindly bright. They can still feel the arid taste of iron and heat coating their tongues.

Lielln was quiet about herself, much to the dismay of the rest of the citizens of the Sanctuary. It was obvious that the Skydancer wasn't from the area, even though she had eyes that clearly revealed her elemental alliance wings that reeked of smoke. Lielln was happy here, though--she loved Frog and she loved helping her denmates. She loved the rest of her clan. She came across as aloof and intimidating at times, but the Clan soon realized Lielln had an otherwise kind personality.

She sometimes envied those who had no memories off their past. She remembered too much of hers. The battling, the blood, the endless noise and commotion, the rage. Death. The duties. She had to look proper, set the standard for her peers. Follow orders. She remembered when she had taken the Fall-- the pain had been unbearable at the time but, after everything, it was worth it.

She was no longer a drone of the Wrath of the Lightweaver, no more a servant to the Other Face of the Lightmother. She was truly and wonderfully free.

Every so often, though, she would cast a glance at Euphoria and her expression hardened. Wretch.
