Holding a ruthless talon over the treasure of the whole clan is Valora, the keeper of the vault. Assigned by Brewmaster, she controls all the financing and investments of the clan including payment amounts to the workers in Hallow rot. With the financing and investments for the clan as a whole she has to go through Brewmaster and Rosvirein for confirmation with budgeting, however this does not apply to working wages which she will tweak depending on how profitable the dragons are towards the clan. Meaning The better the dragons work the better pay they get in return. This has lead to workers to somewhat fear her, not wanting to speak out against Valora when they deem themselves as getting underpaid due to the fact she could easily tweak it to have them being paid even less than before. With this advantage she subdues dragons under her to hold her and her partner at a higher rank in the clan, letting them live lavishly next to the other higher-ups.
