Tempest

An amalgamation, a queen of fractals.
The feast has only just begun.

A GIANT NEST that is super gooey and built through amalgaooze.
The nest is almost body horror-like. There are no doors, the ooze just opens up to reveal there is sharp teeth all around its edges in various places. If you are an intruder, chomp. However, fractals can transverse in and out of these doorways safely.
The queen herself enjoys plucking trespassers off her turf through her fractals. They then bring them to her, before she eats them simply for amusement and power.
She became an amalgamate after Rosa sneezed. She was one of the original amalgs, after all, and the only time Rosa released spores was during that one time. It attached to her while her nest was in turmoil after losing its original ruler, causing her to become one. She later developed into an ascended, where she immediately took refuge in the deepest parts of the nest and transformed it into that of her liking.

About the nest:
There are also slimy tendrils that grow out of the ground and walls, all that the queen could control. They act almost like those plants
These

and even have the little bulbs and stuff
They wrap around their victims and dissolve them, before transporting the nutrients to the queen.
There are also portions that act like quicksand that sink you down, or spiderweb like portions
Basically since the entire floor is ooze you can't tell if a part is deeper or not
and the spiderwebs are near invisible
There are special fractals that specifically tend to these spiderwebs, and skitter around them like spiders
Tempest has sensory organs within the ooze, so like
there are sometimes eyes and stuff emerging from the walls to check on her fractals and to see if she caught any prey
Its like a big brother is watching kind of thing
