-Honestly didn't even ask to be leader, it just happened. When the last leader of their (previously) very small tribe passed on, she kept things together as well as she could and was subsequently voted in as the Lair's new leader. If the Council cannot come to an agreement on something then it's her who has the final say.
-Came from nothing and was so use to being on her own before she met Temperance. Saved his life and they formed a strong bond. She is a dutiful mother and took more of a 'permissive' parenting style once all her kids became teenagers. Let them grow and guide them but let them make mistakes. Teach them values but always be there to step in when they need it.
-Has a tough exterior but deeply cares underneath her shell and wants to keep the peace between everyone. She wants to improve relations and trade between her lair and the beastclans neighbors around it. A longneck diplomat has taken residence in the lair alongside her as a council rep.
-Selfish but thoughtful. Chrys has spent most of her young life looking out for herself since being separated from her parents and then being taken in by kind but uninvolved nomads. This has made her worry about herself and consequences that could affect her but also desire to provide and protect her large family so that no one feels like she did.
-Often questions her abilities but keeps a confident front. Tex, Temperance, and occasionally Leviticus will see her slip from time to time.
