Flora is not a dragon despite their appearance, they're something closer to a plant, their main food source is actually sunlight and water. Despite that since they can remember Flora has looked like a Banescale, their memories are full of holes tough and even in their best days they forget a lot of small inconsequential things (most of the times permanently).
Flora does his best to live tough despite his many difficulties. They have been living in the clan's territory for some years now and tough most dragons know they aren't one of dragonkind exactly they treat Flora fairly and with kindness, being mindful of his faulty memory. Many sees them as some unofficial mascot of the clan even.
