A nomadic Coatl who seemingly appeared from nowhere. He's labeled as eccentric by the local desert dragons and generally avoided, although he doesn't mind. He deceits lost travelers coming through the desert by taking them to a mirage and using his miserably limited memory powers. He then steals their stuff and dips, but not without a migraine from the use of his memory manipulation...

» Often annoys the people he is travelling with by constantly offering his wares to them, even after they politely decline.
» Has to listen to those 'forest sounds' videos in order to fall asleep.
» As a child, he got his memory manipulation abilities from an ancient rune sealed within an abandoned village. After making contact with the rune, he promptly passed out for a good day or two.
» His memory manipulation is very limited in nature, and no matter how hard he has practiced it, it won't improve. So, he makes the most of it as a nomad and tricks other dragons with his minimal ability.
