A "dragon" that appeared out of nowhere. They look like a tundra yes, but they have the ability to change parts of their body. They may be female one day. The other day they are male. Perhaps they want to be bothe at the same time, or maybe be a femenine male. The point is they are very weird, and a re not considered as a real dragon. They do not mind this, as they actually agree.

But all that out of the way, they are eccentric at best. They do things others would not like to do, an example being their arcane aesthetic despite being nature. They and flora get along very well if you can guess.

As for their job, they are an artist. They like to paint traditional paintings, and sometimes is confused as an astrologer due to carrying his gear at all times.
