She is one of several messengers for the night watch reporting directly to Servine. There is also a day squad.

Her main job consist of noodling back and forth among the guard troops with information and to check with troops to see if they have information she needs to forward. During a shift she will barely stand still, and by the end of the shift she will be exhausted. She is obviously a heavy sleeper and a big eater. Despite being well fed and trained she is still super thin and very lightweight. She is in for weight control twice a year, which is unusually often. She is very healthy, but her doctor is still worried for her.
