General Information
In a brutal attempt to "domesticate" the dragon, scientists tormented Voltage with horrific methods. Strong willed, Voltage fought for many years to maintain his strong will, throughout the unbearable torment. Built-in tasers and other equipment were no match for the powerful dragon. Unfortunately, the scientists were able to build a monitor capable of controlling the dragon until his will was almost completely gone.
The monitor still regulates the animal's behavior on a daily basis, but he is much easier to work with. When volunteers and test subjects are scarce, the dragon is used for the most excruciating experiments, some resulting in the loss of his left arm and parts of his wings, as well the addition of replaced organs and new internal torture devices. Additionally, the dragon is at the team's side whenever necessary and is used to carry materials and endure unnecessary pokes and prods.
As well as the scientists, different monitors and other AI units have been known to preform surgeries on the dragon, as tests of their artificial intelligences. Many surgeries have been successful, while others left the dragon in terrible conditions.
As a large dragon, Voltage is known to be the team's pride and joy, resulting in additional tests from other scientists around the world. The dragon has seen his fair share of laboratories, needles, scalpels, and terrifying faces, as well as uncomfortable small cages and crates. The dragon has been displayed at many science fairs, meetings, and other crowded areas. It is almost unheard of nowadays to see the dragon's eyes not rolling in his sockets with pure fear.
