Someone bumps into you, and you turn your head to look at the offender. "Oh, like, I'm totally sorry! Uhm, I'm Zara. Like, they call me the Stormseeker, because I seek out storms, I guess?" She chuckles, with all the enthusiasm of a spiral in a guardian form. "So, yeah! Are you here to, uhm, like... Look at the electricity gathering device I built, totally? It's like, pretty awesome, works like a charm." She pushes her hood back and lifts her goggles, so you can gaze into her bright blue lightning eyes. "So, yeah, I guess I like, build stuff. Did you, uhm, need anything? No? Yes? Do you want to, like, hold this cable for me? I'm trying to do some wirings. I's safe, totally. Uhm, don't worry." You politely decline, because now that you notice the cable, it seems to be more or less sparking with electricity. "Oh, what a shame! I could use a pair of claws, like... Have you seen a pretty mirror around? Like, she'll totally help me. Aqua scales, cool limb braces, lightning flight." You say no, and Zara pulls down her goggles and puts her hood back up. "Well, time to, like, to GET BACK TO WORK." She laughs at that last sentence and starts dragging the cable again, and you continue on.

Just call her Zara. The guardian hailing from the Shifting Expanse is ambitious and quick in her movements, still seeking her Charge, being half a guardian in the meantime. She insists it must be something with the weather around this part of the world, and is often found on top of the highest buildings, setting up strange apparatuses to gather electricity. Her magic abilities are nothing notable, but her skill in building the strangest things seems to be far more useful to her than any magic ability, if the fact that every time there's a storm she's on top of the highest buildings herself, but the lightning strikes seem to have no effect of her is not considered a magical ability. All it does is making her energy levels something more akin to a spiral than a guardian, but she'll calm down. Eventually.

She helped with building a set of braces laced with lightning secrets for the aqua mirror who wandered into the territory with Doctor, and has befriended the mirror then, who often helps with her various projects. Zara's natural tinkering ability and the mirror's potent lightning magis is a frightening match, and even if the two of them are completely well-meaning, it's well advised to not to get too close to them when they're experimenting with new machinery.
