- Earth member of the Elemental Council
- Never to be exalted

The Elemental Council is a group of elite dragons who rule and keep piece throughout the Kaeta Clan. However, the Clan and Elemental Council chief Seawood, has dominate power over both the council and the clan. The Elemental Council members are of different elements and are chosen by Seawood, based on their compatibility with the clan and how well they portray their elements. Members of the Council are displayed with their Elemental Halos.
