Saintpaulia is the most caring dragon you'll ever meet. Though he's more of an introvert, he cares for his friends more than anything else in the whole wide ruins! To show his gratitude, he often comes home from countless hours of scavenging with jewels of all shapes and sizes. And even though he is very protective over what he finds, to please Lupin, he allows them to be sold to anyone passing through. Before he came to Lumis, he had actually been born in the Arctic. But after realizing his friends had moved here, he was suddenly inclined to follow them...and he doesn't seem to know the difference!

When I had questioned him about Lumis, he didn't really seem to have a clue about Him. 'I just live day by day with my friends,' He had whispered whilst the sun set. It was at that point that I had realized that Saintpaulia too, was blind. And yet he was collecting precious jewels for yet another blind Tundra?! What logic! Though he had later explained to me that he was only colourblind...oh. Well, I guess that's not too unfortunate. But how can you tell whether it's gold or pyrite? 'I just know the special ones,' He simpered, staring at the sun blankly. 'I know a good gem when I see one.'
