B I O G R A P H Y Don't be mistaken by the fake smile and kind eyes- inside, Lime can be quite an envious soul. She was one of the main competitors of WaveWings and Estella and was sometimes even bullying them. She could get very competitive/agressive and if anyone tried to challenge her, she would make sure they never even dared to again. Because of that, nobody tried to get near her for fear of getting on her bad side and temper. Despite it, however, she did have many friends and she was good to them, making sure they had enough to eat and tending to their wounds. She was an amazing fighter as well, though it was the only thing she refused to tell secrets about to friends. When meeting strangers, she would act on edge, being very suspicious to anyone she didn't know well. She would take really any remark that stranger said and twist it up until it became an insult instead. That was why all her friends were mostly from a long time ago because it was difficult to get close to her heart. Gerald, however, he was charismatic somehow. He managed to find where her heart lay and pull it to the surface until she was just stumbling after him, wanting to know more, her curiosity insatiable. Before she knew it, she had taken a liking to him, like the many crushes she had had before that did not last very long, and it happened: she was a princess.

B I O G R A P H Y She wasn't a real princess of the blood, though, but she barely cared. Happiness radiated from her face every time she got to sleep in the royals' private den, and she felt so important even with her bad treatment of others. Sure, she was still extremely jealous of WaveWings's successor, Estella, who wasn't that popular because she had not been the formal apprentice, but that jealousy had left her after a few months of her new life. Gerald was now what her planet revolved around, and she thought about heirs and crowns frequently enough. She thought that, once Icy and Wheat met their individual demises(the most common death being starvation), she could become the queen consort and Gerald her king. She yearned for this future even more than she envied the experts, and her bullying decreased with all the new work she had as the mate of the crown prince. Soon after, she had a set of hatchlings, Arrana, Lyria, and Seafoam, who were the most darling things she had ever seen. She began hating on Icy, though. Icy was the one who had announced the hatchlings to be exalted, and she was so furious of the loss of her dragonets she considered committing suicide. Soon, however, she got over it, her love for others growing smaller and smaller until it couldn't even be considered love. She was chilly to everyone and focused only on her work, her friends not even a priority anymore. She wasn't exactly a loner, like Moonsong, but as close to one as she could get. And, unlike Moonsong, she was not a skilled extrovert. Her dreams and goals seemed to diminish every day that the monarchs kept breathing.

Gerald was definitely the most adventurous out of his siblings. While they were all boring with sticking to the rules and blah blah blah, he concentrated on sneaking out of the dragon lair. Which, as you probably have already predicted, did not end well. His good spirit was challenged, however, when he was assigned one of the hardest roles,
digging and scavenging. He hadn't really had a thought for the future before, so when he got this,
boy was he surprised. He tried his hardest at the job and actually ended up being pretty good,
with hours of practice. His determined spirit helped him part of the way.
Gerald's favorite sister was Izabelle, and so when she was exalted, he was absolutely devastated. He wished he could bring her back somehow, though,
of course, there was the rule that there could only be one heir per generation. He soon began looking to his dragonets, trying to see who could ever act in her place. Izabelle, like him, had been funny(but a little bossy), a little obnoxious, yet good-spirited, and a great listener. He would definitely miss her. She was the first thing he thought of every time he woke up, and the last thing he put in his mind as he sank into sleep.

No longer did he even do much with Lime, who was absolutely infuriated when she found out the truth. "She's just a little kid!" she would argue, which would make Gerald very, very angered.
Sure, he loved her because she had a fierce determination to do whatever it took to succeed,
to the point where it became amusing, but not to him, no. Their relationship began rotting at the edges and they barely even talked anymore. Icy was secretly pleased, because now her breeding projects could come into place, but he stubbornly refused, saying that "the old Lime is still in there somewhere".
