Paxos is the youngest Hatchling of Castaway and Soleil. He was born in an Arcane Clan and misses it sometimes, but his love for his mother is greater than his love for his old Arcane Clan. He is a mommy's boy and loves spending time with her. As a Hatchling, he couldn't be pried away from her. He loves his father as well, despite his father's tough love. When Paxos was young, his father loved teaching him things about Treasure.

Paxos is quiet and very intelligent. He learned everything about Treasure from his father, and he learned how to talk to others from his mother. Paxos can always be found looking over Treasure logs or reading a book of some sort. He often works with his father, managing the Treasure, but he also works with his friends, Sunny and Fusion to organize Historic Texts. Paxos spends just about all his free time with his mother, but when she's busy, he just reads a book.

Paxos was watching the Great Beetle migration once, when he saw a beautiful young Beetle unable to take flight. He asked her what was wrong, and she replied that she was nervous about her first flight. Jules had never flown before. Paxos encouraged her to be brave and to fly!... And so she did! She gained her courage and joined the rest of the high flying Beetles. Paxos was thrilled, but saddened as well. He wished to see her again one day... And to his surprise, his dream came true! Weeks later, Jules returned to see him. She told Paxos she loved her first flight, but wasn't ready for migration, so she returned. Paxos was ecstatic about her return and offered her a place to stay. She agreed, and now Paxos and Jules spend hours flying long distances together.
