STORY
Brishon stood in front of a hut, staring down at his own reflection in a puddle.

“I wish you were here, mom...” The guardian whispered to himself, losing his focus.

He shook his head and looked into the puddle again, the figure of a female pearlcatcher stood beside him, she was smiling peacefully. He lifted his head quickly and looked around, no one was there. Bishon curled up and payed down in the mud, staring off into the distance.

He lost focus again, the world felt blurry. This time he didn’t try to regain his focus. He let himself drift away into sleep, and as his eyes closed, a figure popped into his line of sight. He lifted his head slightly, but didn’t regain focus, the figure got closer and closer, and he stayed still.

“Hello?” A sweet voice came from afar, but the guardian didn’t budge, “Are you okay?”

“Mom?” Brishon whimpered, he was stuck in partial dreamland.

The sweet voice giggled, “Well, I really don’t think I’m your mother, but I’m here to help.”

“Pouf? Who are you talking to?” Another deep voice rumbled, this figure couldn’t be seen.

“There’s a guardian! Over here in the mud!” Pouf yelled,

Brishon’s head shot up quickly, suddenly regaining focus. A snapper stood over him, she was a little too close to his face.

“E-Eh?” Brishon jolted back, slightly startled,

The snapper was the source of the sweet voice, she seemed young and bubbly, “Oh hello! I should have introduced myself! My name is Pouf!”

Brishon just stared for a moment and then turned his head to meet the gaze of a bogsneak, who was staying back cautiously.

“Oh,” Pouf looked up at the Bogsneak, “That’s Cadmus, don’t mind him, he’s just a big ol’ grumpy butt!”

The snapper giggled and stepped back, and let Brishon process everything. Brishon stares confused for a few moments, blinked, and then stood up. He noticed it wasn’t raining anymore, “How..... How long was I asleep?”

“For like... four hours?” Pouf giggled.

“And... you two watched me? That entire time?”

“Well... we went to the next town over and came back and you were still there,”

“Oh”

“What’s your name?”

“What?”

“What’s your name?”

“Brishon”

“I like your name”

“Ah.... thanks?”

“What kingdom do you work under?”

“What?”

“What kingdom do you work under?”

“You’re quite inquisitive aren’t you?”

Pouf squinted and Brishon and then giggled, “You’re silly!”

Brishon stared at her, and chuckled a little, “Well I guess I am!”

“WHAT KINGDOM DO YOU WORK UNDER?” Cadmus yelled, and stepped closer to Brishon

It was at that moment that Brishon realized he may not be in good company.

BASIC DESCRIPTION.

Brishon is one of the abandoned hatchling of the clan, he was taken in my Maja and Mantis, and was taught how to be tough and intimidating, yet sweet and caring. Brishon took on more of the sweet and caring side. When Mantis passed, his brother took the death harder and left the nest, and Brishon took care of his father until the spider came.

Brishon loves being outdoor when its raining, and he is very soft-spoken. He likes to keep to himself and would rather avoid interacting with others. He spaces out easily and sometimes falls asleep at random.

He works under Nazoc's ruling, as he feels like that's where he finds his best work and he can stay closer to his brother Phaeton. He also helps Phaeton new customers. Brishon does NOT agree with Nazoc's ruling, but many of the dragons under Rigath do not like Brishon for the way he acts.

Brishon never grew to accept his mother's death, and becomes extremely emotional at mentions of her. A lot of his visions include her, and sometimes he sees her in reflections, that is why he sometimes seems to be startled or confused.
