Fully custom-gened and breed-changed.
  • Extremely childish and cannot be separated from Totter. Loves pranks
  • Cause of conversion: none
  • Teeter and Totter are children both inside and out; yet, there is a sense of wisdom buried somewhere deep. They're agile, quick-witted, mischievous, and are always together. The two have become so attuned to each other that they are capable of moving as if they were one mind.
  • They were born as twins and raised together in an organization that creates assassins. From the get-go, they lacked compassion and readily followed orders. They are one of the only known cases of being a Star Child from birth. When the organization was found out and taken down by authorities, the twins let loose and became so unruly that they wouldn't follow anyone's orders.
