Liwebat always loved to sing, ever since she was hatchling. Now, she uses her knowledge of music to write songs. During the Festival of Zarafshan, the skydancer is always invited to sing inside the Padoli Palace. Liwebat has a big ego, and is sensitive whenever someone depletes it. She's difficult and snarky at times, and blames others for her mistakes. But, is very passionate about music.

You can get her rambling about music and her work-in-progress songs for hours. She thinks that she has the best singing voice out of all dragons. Well, that's not entirely wrong, but this narcissistic attitude can annoy some. Liwebat has a secret wish to become more wealthy, and is often caught flirting with the rich merchants here.
