Kestrel's presence is felt the strongest when any living being is on the verge of death, at the very end of it's life. He is a comforter. The unknown guardian who watches over beings, from the moment they are brought into existence, until the end of their days. He is also tasked with carrying the souls of the deceased to their final resting place.
