Noah was supposed to be an advertiser in order to lure more new members without applying force, but something went wrong. Noah did.
Somehow getting around the Conduct which believed his communication and persuasion skills, he got to know the truth about the Project and immediately took fast to the idea. Noah is easygoing and not very deep, ignoring all the probelms and living the moment. Lacking intelligence but nevertheless talking nonstop with clear and surprisingly trustworthy voice, Noah flies around and brags about how lucky he is to be the part of the Project, and how awesome and exceptional this Project is. He even made some merch to give away, including shiny round stones imitating pearls, colorful jewelry, pamphlets and masks. Noah either ignores or fails to understand the final goal, but either way he is going to be used for quite some time.
