even among the diverse array of dragons in the clan, fall stands out.
if asked about his past directly, he'll just chuckle and ask what you've heard. the rumors say he was a former mercenary for a king in a remote area of sornieth between dragonhome and the viridian labyrinth. they say he was sent along with two others as spies in a rebel camp to slowly pick them off one by one. they say while the other two were caught and banished, fall remained clean of suspicion. they say by the time they finally realized who he was, it was too late. they say he killed whoever was left. they say he never returned to the king, but no one knows why. was he guilty? was he resentful? did he crave more power? did he want to be free? but those are just rumors. all that's known for sure is that one night, fluorite heard the scrabbling of claws on stone outside and rushed out, hissing and ready to defend, only to be faced with the sight of a disheveled skydancer with plumage like a rich sunset, a strange look in his eyes, and a slowly forming crooked smile. "pardon the intrusion, dear. do you mind giving me a place to stay?" most look upon fall with wariness. even the leaders are slightly hesitant, but want to give him a chance. he doesn't seem like what the rumors say...he's flirtatious and vain, mostly. but...there's something. his den is decorated beautifully like his own feathers, with lots of burrowed compartments for various belongings. Strength: Very cunning and deceptive. Weakness: Very, very vain and self-centered. |
