I, personally, don’t recommend making her mad. It could have very devastating results. Her familiar is fair game though.

Nobody knows where exactly Promethium comes from. Some dragons say she is simply a normal, albeit quirky Coatl. Others believe she was "synthesized" in a lab or by an alchemist. She has never spoken the truth or about either of these claims. The only reply any dragon will get about the question is a glare from her divinely glowing eyes.
It is a truth universally acknowledged, however, that Promethium is a dangerous dragon. Short-tempered and fiery, the Coatl's personality burns and radiates as brightly as her scales. The only thing that keeps her in check is the small Grey River Flight she has befriended. Despite her dangers, the little otter, Coryell, is mostly healthy, apart from an occasional glow caused by her unstable magic.
