So she stands among them: a mother of the dispossessed, a guardian wreathed in glittering gold, a goddess vigilant in a land of ruin.

xxxxBut there is an icy edge clinging to her glistening fangs and her too-perfect smiles, and in her eyes - wild and primal and alien to the Plaguebringer's domain - lurk dreams and ambitions unseen.

xxxxSo she remains: the mother with an iron grip, the guardian with the final word, the goddess clutching ruin to her breast. Not even Neul, with all her talents, can pierce through Myria's veils to know what truly writhes within her heart.
