A stone standing firmament in the Queen's Entourage, this shaggy behemoth claims her place among the most afflicted by the twisted elder spell of the Lady herself. With a name that means 'the silence between breath' and a penchant for finding that moment in her prey she makes perhaps the most formidable militant in the Lair's reserves of ferocious fighters. It is perhaps for this penchant that Gatlefain orders most of the uglier work of ruling be finished under the stone heavy paws of the young gaoler.

Though perhaps it is less order and more understanding. Avoxhyra promises her Lady peace without contest. The Gaoler has a strong instinct for justice and a stronger drive to respond to the One she defines as Just. This simplicity creates a twisted mannerism between the two, with the great Guardian rarely needing dirty her claws and the great Gaoler rarely needing to open her maw. Quiet, clean, and simple.

"I assure you, my friend, I mean you no harm." Gatlefain will purr, so sweetly, to delegates from opposing clans, to dragons and beasts alike who would contest her polite society or criticize her affinity with her subjugates.
