Ambergleam

Ambergleam was rescued as a result of one of Change's better understood visions - by the third verse of her rap in a language known only to her, her dance moves and magical markings had managed to convey that a baby pearlcatcher had recently been separated from its parents by an evil, roaming pearlcatcher who had died long ago, powered only by an unstoppable greed and desire to add to its monstrous pearl. Being quite shiny himself, Ambergleam had been captured and stuck onto the monster pearlcatchers' own pearl, unable to break free. In a daring rescue mission lead by Sendi, Ambergleam was brought back to the Beacon of the Healing Breeze to recover. The clan is unsure why he remains youthful - if something about being part of the monster pearl changed him, or if he was already like that before the misadventure.

Regardless, Ambergleam has settled into the Beacon very well, and calls many of the dragons friends. For a pearlcatcher, he isn't very protective of his pearl, and spends a lot of time with Change, who likes to pretend it's a crystal ball, teaching him the ways of reading various signs and omens.
