Opal has decided however that he can he wants to help out even in the field if necessary so he has decided to be an apprentice to Kisame and Sheylanarr so that he can help out where ever the clan needs most. He is getting a well rounded education and a good grasp of the territory. He spends a lot of time Side eyeing Wraith. Really clearly the Volcano cooked his egg just a little.... Both Clan Leaders Sheylanarr and Kisame are still trying to sort out what the Banescales needs from them and the clan. The orphaned eggs means they don't know anything that isn't discovered by trial and error. At least the cliff side cave network is not so far off the base of the valley to be a threat to these hardy wyverns while they learn to fly. ( BlackIce thinks that they were classified wyverns in his old library be hasn't had access to that in years).

Watching them learn to fly has led to a LOT of panicky oh ****! moments. Halloween is usually stressing at the basking Ledge "THEY DON"T EVEN HAVE VESTIBLE CLAWS ON THEIR WINGS HOW DO YOU CLIFF HANG EVEN!" Halloween just wants to hug them and mother them, so they get a pass from getting hit with the learn to dodge sign. She can barely reach around the thick of their neck but she is going to hug them dang it!

( The Ghost on the scales is in tribute to the Sentinals and Guardian Gaolers who patrol the territory. The Banescales really like having such an obvious sign of belonging to the clan they want to serve they do. They just can't figure out what exactly in what way. They will work it out eventually.





Was a Imperial but I really wanted another xxy Banescale. I really like how ghost looks on them. Lore will happen when I more mental spoons and a better idea of how they fit into my personal headcannon I mean the cannon lore is fine mostly as is! Just need tweek it to work out how it fits into the clan)
