Biography

KOTOCACHI
Clan Herbalist
Amaranth Cinnamon Blood Acorn Juneflower
"Oh, hello! My name is Kotocachi, and I am the clan herbalist. Do you have an upset stomach? A headache? Insomnia? Sorienth has so many useful and nutritious plants that can be used to cure everyday ailments. An adept gardener like myself need only memorize a few simple tips and tricks.

"Even if you're not a herbivore, you may still find positive uses for plants. For instance, crushing peppermint and smelling its aroma can settle your stomach. Chickweed has been known for many years to sooth itching scales. As a bonus, if you wish to court a plant-loving dragon, gift them with a heart rose. Red roses are symbols of love in the Language of Flowers, and this particular variety is also good for the heart!

"You can find some of my favorite plants to the left. I use the amaranth to make a nutritious grain, which, when mixed with spinach, makes a lovely flatbread (and is a rather clever way to get hatchlings to eat their greens). Cinnamon is a delicious treat; whether ground into spice and added to your favorite confection or just enjoyed raw, it's a great plant to have around. I use blood acorn sap as a nutrient-packed "candy" for growing dragons. And the Juneflower? It is tradition in the Dayfire Clan to decorate with these flowers for the Brightshine Jubilee. And the best part is, when the festivities are over and it's time to clean up, you get to eat them!

Thank you for your visit. I hope you found it insightful."
