Ruin

Ruin is a powerful mage, with arcane knowledge that seems to span centuries. No one knows how old she really is, or even what dragon breed she was born as - when pressed, she claims to have forgotten "such trivial facts." She holds knowledge over many things, and teaches magic that others may consider unconventional at best and evil or dangerous at worst, however Ruin sticks to the belief that any magic in itself comes with a price and is not inherently good or evil.
Her own motivations and reasons for using magic are a mystery to all but her. As such she will often remain passive in a crisis or in dire situations, which has led others in the clan to see her as unreliable and somewhat chaotic. However, those closest to her have gathered that her passiveness is never without good reason (even if the reason remains unclear), or that any aid she gives is subtle or secret. She is known to disappear without warning for long stretches of time.
Among other dragons, she talks little and carries an air of mystery and power with her. The dragon she is closest to is Cloud, and the two are often seen together, whispering to each other about forces unknown. She is also fairly close with Zelda and Vee, as they are her apprentices.
