Ophelia

Ophelia found herself to be hatched into a family of perfection, where her parents were rich and look like majesty compared to many others. They always cared about how they looked in public and always made sure to show off not only their looks, but their money too. They were never afraid to express their opinion or feelings, if they didn't like something they'd make sure the whole crowd knew. They were egoistic and pure selfish, only looks were on their mind and their first priority were their own feelings. She hatched alongside her two siblings, it was meant to be a happy time, yet the moment Ophelia opened her eyes, she was already meet with the faces of disgust from her two parents. Compared to her siblings, who held soft and nicer colors, she was black with nothing but eye-burning neon colors painted all over her little body.

They never threw her away thought, neither did they hurt her, she was still their baby and took care of her. But they constantly hurt her indirectly, as they'd treat the two others like golden children, showing them off, showering them in affection and so much more, whilst she was left behind, in the dust. Over the years as she grew, it got worst and worst. The feelings bottled up and the day came where she lashed out at his sibling, and truely one of the only days she'd let out her true feelings. The parents were taken aback by this outcry, and in spite of pure anger, ended up kicking her out of their home.

She'd walk in the streets mindlessly, with nothing but thoughts whirling in her mind and regretting her decisions. Angry at herself and at the world, wondering why it was like this for her and why was she cursed with such horrendous colors. A day came where, she was sitting under a tree, when an elderly veilspun came up too her, and started chatting. The Veilspun talked about how he saw her wandering about, no food no nothing. He invited Ophelia to his place, to eat at least something, and simply talk. Ophelia never realised how hungry she was, so accepted.

Since then, the old Veilspun ended up letting Ophelia stay. The Ridgeback trusted the old man, and after time ended up admitting everything which has happened, and how she felt. The Veilspun knew no words to help, but instead introduced her to an art which brought him joy when he felt down, and that was the one of cooking. Ophelia from that day on, found a passion for cooking, and it felt like the world melted away when she concentrated on it. The Veilspun taught her everything he could, to cold to warm food, to desserts to whole meals, everything that he knew, he taught.

Years passed by, and she got much better. The unfortunate day came thought, that the old Veilspun fell into the hands of death and Ophelia was left alone once again. This death severily affect her, and repressed anger came flying back to her. She cooked continously, to forget about it, but it was nearly impossible. So the Ridgeback took the most valuable things, items and such which were precious to her, which brought her great joy from the Veilspun, and moved out.

She moved onto the pirate docks, but found herself with not enough treasures or such too inhabite a place, so she made herself a make-shift home with a tent. She continued cooking with what she had, for herself most formally. But one day, came along a group of pirates, they stumbled upon her whilst she was cooking. They were hungry, as they haven't eaten in awhile, and so they asked if they could eat that food. Ophelia let them, and they all started talking. The group of pirates wondering why she wasn't working in high class with this quality of food and why she was all alone, and Ophelia explaining what she was willing too explain. After they heard everything, they ended up inviting her to join them, and she accepted. She soon became a cook alongside them, she wasn't friendly and was quite snappy, but that was easily dealt with, and h
