Wind and wave.

Unlike the other hydrophobic Ridgebacks, Contessa is unique in her love for the ocean. Hatched near the edges of the sea, she had absorbed the elemental energies of the ocean. As she grew, her leathery wings took on the sheen of rippling waves crashing on the shore.

Contessa oversees the operation of the Pearl Empire's fisheries and fishing grounds. As the Empire is an Imperial-dominant clan, the proper management of its seafood stockpiles is crucial to survival. Contessa works closely with the Maren tribes living in the Empire's fishing waters to maximise daily catches while maintaining sustainable fish stocks. Under Contessa's supervision, the Pearl Empire is renowned throughout the Sunbeam Ruins for its aquaculture.
