right-claw dragon to Spearmint in the "greasemonkey brigade", Raba is a very practical, no-nonsense dragon, stubborn and ever-ready to do good work for the betterment of the clan.

she's a bit jealous that Spearmint, a nature dragon, is better with machinery than her, a lightning dragon. however, this jealousy only fuels her will to improve, and the friendly, one-sided rivalry she feels towards Spearmint (Spearmint, for their part, remains blissfully unaware of this rivalry, and simply considers Raba a close, rather strong-minded friend).

the underlings of this brigade are somewhat put-off by Raba's brusque personality, but if any of them are ever confused or need help with their work, she is always there to lend a patient word of advice, or a helpful claw.
