Aukai Azureguard the cursed sailor

Aukai's town was flooded when she was still in her nest, it was a tragic event that killed almost every egg and hatchling in the area. Aukai's eg got swept away to the beach, where she miraculously survived.

She hatched safely, although her parents thought she had died, she wasn't alone. The first thing she saw when she hatched was a dragon emerge from the seafoam, the dragon looked a bit stern as he spread his butterfly wings. He looked into her eyes and dragger her into the sea.

"Why did you take her with you, she could've died."
Aukai kept her eyes closed as she tried to understand what was being said, being too young to understand words she only later realised what sentences the jumbled up words made.
"Like a lone hatchling could survive on the beach, plus look at her wings, she is destined to be a sea creature."
