He lives in the floating platforms of the Cloudsong, his ultimate goal to create a beautiful kite or balloon to join the ones up in the air. On the downside, he’s indecisive and full of ideas, so he never gets past sketching the design. When he is somehow out of ideas, he likes to fly over the water flight territories, simply watching what goes on peacefully. This has gotten him into some sticky situations, but for the most part everything was fine.
He’s a very childishly impulsive person. He will often do something without thinking, resulting in many people thinking he’s stupid, or was hurt as a baby. The truth of it is he was accidentally hatched early when a dragon was holding his and a sibling’s egg. He survived, but the sibling was not so lucky. He sometimes feels guilty over this incident.
He keeps a record of the weather and does his best to predict what will happen in the future, however he is bad at predicting so. However, his descriptions of the view everyday are surprisingly detailed and well written. These records are known to him and him alone.
