Crazy minded boy, who loves quoting inside jokes on occassion, even when not many dragons can understand what he's talking about.
As the rumor goes, a little bit of Kyuu's blessing has fallen onto her other siblings too, and Kith got more of it than Kaia, though that isn't necessarily negative.
He can predict the near future, but it's best not to ask him about it. He only uses this ability in important situations. Runes are painted on his clothing not only for decoration, but magical purposes.
