I am no soldier, no knight and no warrior, yet I fought many battles... In need, I am indeed a fighter, but it won't be me, but my scars that tell you those stories. My scars remember. Strong enemies, weak enemies, big ones and small ones, greenies and experienced warriors, so many tried to stop me and while many was a better fighter than me, in the end, I was the one who walked away, breathing. My scars remember. Remember and talk.
They sing about huge knights in their shiny armours, trained soldiers with cheap weapons, bandits covered in mud and assassins in the shadows, all seeking the same glory and all bleeding the same way as failing by the claws of the predator. Oh, yes, my scars do remember. They always do.
