Wuhu island. An island resort that mysteriously appeared hundreds of years ago, unconnected to the other locations in the galaxy with the exception of its inhabitants, most of whom are famed throughout the universe for their unrivaled skills in various sports. There are those talented at sword fighting, and those skilled in boxing and wrestling. Some excel at tennis, and others at bowling.
And then there's Cole.
Of all the Miis on the island, Cole is definitely the strangest. But he's not weird because he's, well, weird. He's weird because of how average he is. Despite being a member of Wuhu island who spends his day doing leisure activities and (of course) playing different sports, what confuses the other Mii is how Cole doesn't specialize in anything. He wouldn't be first in the lineup for basketball and baseball unless you really wanted to lose, and don't hand him a bowling ball expecting it to hit any of the pins in his lane. Or stay in the lane. Or enter a lane. Or, you know, expect him to be able to pick it up in the first place, because chances are, he's going to fall over.
Cole's incompetence is something of a joke among the other Miis, but he doesn't let that bother him too much. He's just here to have fun, not to cry over rankings; and even if he's always picked last for any team sports, at least he still gets to participate and play with his friends. Case in point: his favourite sport is table tennis, which he's also not very good at. But even if he loses most of the time (to Lucia, mainly, who teases him about it), Cole doesn't mind because at least he's having fun, which he thinks is a lot better than winning.
His easygoing demeanor doesn't mean he's naive, though. Cole is fully aware of how the other Miis call him dumb, and while he doesn't deny the truth in that (he takes a long time to understand things), he doesn't let that stop him from having fun. After all, there are enough pros on the island. But he'll always be the only Cole.
