Microlore: Whispers of a bleak bargain follow this dragon wherever they go. Their path is distinguished only by the glitter of a knife's blade and the sound of grey goose down settling on a stone. Otherwise, their passing is concealed to all but the keenest eyes. They barely speak, except in riddle, and their motives are known only to themself.

It is said that once, in their youth, they came across something bigger than themself, stronger than themself, and rather than run and hide, cower or plead, this dragon struck a deal - quickness and cunning for a debt still unpaid, nimble hands for a promise yet uncalled, and a stillness of heart for a pact long completed but never spoken. Many speculate what those promises may be, but this dragon does not tip their hand.

In occupation, they are a knife for hire, known to show no qualms in silencing opposition or selling their services to the highest bidder, regardless of scruples. Their work is unremarkable compared with their past, and they've been drawn into more than one troublesome political plot. They are indifferent to the comings and goings of mortals, though, as their heart has been tainted by the shadow of some unknowable, greater force than a life.

They are nonbinary and femme, and they use the pronouns they/them or she/her. If nothing else, they like to keep their nails painted.
