Goro

Introduction: As you are making your way back to the nursery, you hear a rustling in the bushes. The moment you begin turning to look, a spiral dragon covered head to toe in green flesh and scales rolls out of the woods and onto the dirt path. You begin to open your mouth to ask if something's wrong but you're cut off by a shrill cry from the darkness and a large owl swoops out, talons out to strike at you. The green dragon from before immediately jumps in the way, swiping the great bird out of the air and onto the ground. The dragon held the owl down with all of feet on the great expanses of fur and feathers, letting out a roar as they spread their wings out to declare their dominance.

The owl snipped at the dragon but seemed to calm down, bristling the feathers left untouched by the dragon's feet. "That's right, ease off. I don't want to kill you. I want to be your friend but you're making this difficult for me." The dragon spoke in a lower feminine voice, carefully watching the creatures in her claws. Very slow, she eased off of the bird and back onto the dirt path, the owl jumping up and climbing up into the air. It didn't go far, as if it wanted to watch them for a little bit.

Finally, the grand green dragon with even more green of eyes turned to look at you, "What are you doing out so late, little one? You are surely to give poor Azula a fright for being gone after dark." You tell her that you were told to meet everyone and were just making the trip back as she takes you under one wing and you two start walking down the path. "Ah, well, I suppose this an interesting way of meeting someone. My name is Goro. I'm the one that gathers food for the majority of our clan as well as one of the fighters." You two round a corner and you see the opening to the cave you were supposed to be in an hour earlier. "Well, I suppose now we separate. Do try to stay in one piece." She steps away, giving you a long look. "Until next time, little one." With that, in a flurry of dust, she takes flight and zooms out over the trees once more.
