Easy-going and enthusiastic. His appearance as a Fire Wraith can be frightening to some, so he does his best to balance that with his personality.
High echoing voice, you can hear crackling like wood burning between sentences.
Likes:
putting out fire, rescuing dragons from fire, succeeding in looking non-threatening
 		Dislikes:
not being able to save some dragons, dragons being scared of him
Lore:
Even in the Chiroptera Cult, Cinaed is an oddball. Born a Fire Wraith, he's always disliked how most dragons were afraid of him because of it, and figured a good way to make more friends and prove he's not a threat would be to actually fight and put out fires. His peculiar biology allows him to be completely immune to burning and high temperatures, which is good for his job, but he's also pretty sensitive to water and low temperatures, so he often ends up hurting himself with the water used to put out fires.
As a result, he's often found in Calcified Blood's cave (and made fast friends with all the dragons living there, even though they're wary of his obsession with fighting fire), or at worst in Akantha's den for treatment.
