amnesiac oracle
An aptly named dragon, Seere is the resident oracle for the Refuge's holdings and nearby affiliated clans.

When you see the future- you're always at risk. You could see too much, Know something you shouldn't, reach past the barriers of life and death. Seere has done all of this- and has been cursed in return. His Visions have damaged his memory, to the point where he knows nothing of his past, his mind only swimming with thoughts of the future.

He's often visited by Tesai, the horrid creature, asking too many questions and getting too many answers. It only makes Seere's memory worse- not that it matters to him. He is a vessel now, and his life is good as far as he is concerned. He's taken care of in Sidh's Gate, his bed and keep paid for by his ghoulish patron.

Through his abilities, Seere helps Tesai out with some of his darker ventures. He can See where dragons and beastclan members have died, allowing Tesai to seek them out to either absorb their latent energy, or bring them back to life on commission.
