Biscotti is hard at work and doesn't like to be interrupted. He is extremely talented at baking and makes beautiful and delectable confections. He's got very nimble fingers and can keep his extremities very still while baking/decorating, which allows him to complete even the tiniest designs. However, he's terrible at social interaction and comes off as both rude/biting and sort of haughty, as if he's above everyone else. This is completely unintentional, as he's actually just a very anxious dragon that freaks out at the idea of interacting with others and panics. He was a picky eater since hatching and has a tendency to pick at his feathers until there's a bald spot, so he's also very hard on himself and internally critical. He puts this into his work and strives to make the absolute best desserts, all on his own.

After five months in the clan, his sister finally decided to move on. She had only stayed so long for his sake, but he could see how uncomfortable she was. She tried to like the clan and fit in, but for some reason it just wasn't right. But she stuck with it to watch over him. He finally confronted her about it (though they both were dragons that say very little) and urged her to find her true calling elsewhere. It took a bit of pushing, but she finally complied and thanked him for supporting her. And so she left. Her departure was rough the first couple days, but he was surprised to find that he could easily stand on his own four feet without her by his side.

Though he never intended to stick around in this clan, he realized he'd lived here for over two years. Even then, it didn't quite feel like home, not until he met Pinecone. After a late night working all day, he fell into a night cafe and became acquainted with an Earth Coatl there. He visited the cafe many more times, almost always followed by being walked home by her or walking her home; until one day he invited her to join his clan. He knew her trade as a barista would be warmly welcomed by the clan leaders and all else, and he was right. Once she joined, he finally knew that he wasn't going anywhere.
